Remembrance Day 2023

We managed to catch a dry spell in between the rain so the whole school could gather together and honor rememberance day together. We looked at the story of Moina Michael, 'The Poppy Lady' who began to promote the symbol of the poppy in remembrance of those who fought in the war.
We all sang 'We Will Remember' and Jesse played 'Reveille' beautifully on his cornet. See the slideshow below to see some special moments captured.
