'Project Borehole' Fundraising

A huge thank you goes out for supporting our fundraising this year for our global charity, New Growth Ministries, Zimbabwe. Year 6 held an amazing enterprise fair last Friday and raised hundreds of pounds. Combined with the money raised by YR to Y5 earlier in the year, our school community has raised a grand total of £2,805.28 this year.

We had a promised target of £2,000 and as usual, Aldrington families went ‘above and beyond’. Since our promise, Keegan house has had more difficulties with the water source in a particularly dry season and so the extra money will be needed and is an answer to prayer.

Hilary (NGM co-founder) is joining the juniors tomorrow to share an ‘it had to be God’ moment when there was an answer to prayer in much needed food. Sarah is off to Zimbabwe in a few days and is looking forward to sharing the amazing news of your gift. She will come back to visit us on her return with messages from the children of Keegan House.
