Harvest Festival 2021

Thank you for your generosity in donating harvest gifts. There were many bags and boxes at the front of church and in the hall for our special celebrations! I know that Tim Gage and his team at St Peter’s and Richard Jago, from Off the Fence, were very touched by the kindness of Aldrington families. They spoke to the children about the difference these gifts will make.

We loved having our special services! At Bishop Hannington, we enjoyed the brass band, drummers and choir and Ben Martin spoke to us from Mark 4: 26-29.

In the afternoon, Pandas and Penguins children were especially pleased to join the older classes and the singing was loud and joyful! Tim Gage spoke to the children about taking responsibility for God’s world.

Special thanks to Mrs Glineur for all the music: special contributions from each year group as well as from her lunchtime and afterschool clubs.
