AldringtonExtended School Day
The school day begins at 8.40am and finishes at 3.10pm (for Reception to Year 2) or 3.20pm (for Years 3-6). Aldrington runs an extended school day with Breakfast Club in the morning and Stay and Play in the afternoon.
Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club starts at 8am and children are taken to their class in time for the start of school. At Breakfast Club, children have toast and cereal and a chance to play both inside and outside. A charge of £3 per day is made.
There is no drop-off facility at Breakfast Club; all children must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made for specific days or everyday, and must be booked for a whole half term at a time.
Children arriving at Breakfast Club should enter through the gate by the staff car park. You will be advised of the gate code in advance of dropping your child/ren off.

Stay and Play
Stay and Play Club provides childcare every day until 6pm. Children have access to lots of activities, including arts and crafts, sports, cooking and there is always a quiet area to enjoy.
Stay and Play is managed by Mrs Stubbs, an experienced member of Aldrington staff.
Stay and Play can be booked in advance, but also includes drop-in sessions. Stay and Play costs around £13 per session with a 5% sibling discount. There is a £40 registration fee.
